Custom Jewelry Manufacturing

At Glintara Jewels, each custom jewelry piece is crafted with care and precision. The manufacturing process typically takes around 2 to 3 business weeks. After your piece is completed, we will reach out to you for confirmation before proceeding with the shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is shipped, it usually arrives within 6 to 9 business days. Please be aware that Glintara Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you modify the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, any resulting delivery delays will be your responsibility.

Free Delivery

We are pleased to offer free delivery to your address. Please note that customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities on the shipment.

Product Changes

If you request any modifications to the product before shipment, the manufacturing time will restart from the beginning, as the changes may require a new crafting process.

Order Tracking

We provide tracking information for all shipments. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided once your package has shipped.
