Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

In the event of an order cancellation, customers are required to notify us within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Cancellations requested beyond this timeframe will result in a fee: 20% for moissanite jewelry and 30% for lab-grown jewelry, to offset expenses associated with restocking and operational labor.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@glintarajewels.com for any return-related queries.

Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a restocking fee: 30% for CVD Jewelry and 20% for Moissanite Jewelry. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. If the returned item needs extensive cleaning or repair, a higher restocking fee will be charged depending on the repair work required. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your ring, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount. The remaining balance will be applied towards the new purchase, with any price difference being charged to the customer. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the ring and are limited to one exchange per piece.

Please contact us before sending your jewelry back to ensure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend insuring your package and sending it via a traceable courier. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Resizing

We offer a ring resizing service to ensure your jewelry fits comfortably and beautifully. Rings can be resized to increase or decrease by a maximum of one full size. Resizing beyond this range may compromise the integrity of the piece, and cannot be accommodated under this policy.

Exceptions: Rings with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to the intricate design. For these cases, we can exchange the ring for an identical one in your size. Exchanges apply to plain gold bands without stones.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs for resizing (including customs fees for international clients).

If your jewelry needs repair, please contact us at info@glintarajewels.com. Our repair specialists will evaluate the piece and document its condition. We’ll get started on work covered by the warranty immediately, including:

If repairs beyond warranty coverage are needed, we’ll notify you. Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Our repair timeline is 2-3 weeks from receipt of the piece.

Note: If a replacement stone is needed, we cannot guarantee the availability of limited-edition or one-of-a-kind stones. We will follow up with you to get approval on an alternative that matches.
